In the previous months, I’ve been working (as a part of an interdisciplinary team) on developing a new course in Algorithmic art, a joint project produced by Digital Serbia Initiative , Petlja Foundation and UNICEF.

The goal of the project is simply to make interdisciplinary courses that can be seamlessly integrated into current 3rd-grade high school curricula in math, programming, and art. Each lesson includes art history segments interweaved with math and programming in p5.js.
I’ve worked on chapters 1-5 and 11, introduction and conclusions, as well as most of the illustrations. It was a real pleasure to unite, through these lessons, my formal background in math and programming with current design and artistic practices.
The project is expected to go live on the 14th of April.
